Paycheck (2003)
A brilliant reverse-engineer is hired for a top-secret project that requires him to have his memory of the job erased upon completion. After the procedure, he finds himself accused of treason and murder, with no recollection of the past three years. He must use a mysterious envelope of seemingly unrelated items he sent to himself to piece together what happened and evade capture.
