Prince of Darkness (1987)
A group of graduate students are recruited by a priest to investigate a mysterious, swirling canister of liquid discovered in the basement of an abandoned church. Scientific analysis reveals the canister may be the physical embodiment of a ancient, anti-God entity. As they study it, malevolent forces begin to possess the team, turning them against each other. They must confront a terrifying evil that threatens to unravel reality itself.
