Rebecca (1940)
A shy young companion marries a wealthy widower and moves to his vast estate, Manderley. She is immediately oppressed by the memory of his first wife, the beautiful and seemingly perfect Rebecca, whose presence is kept alive by the estate's sinister housekeeper, Mrs. Danvers.
