Red Heat (1988)
A tough, by-the-book Soviet policeman is sent to Chicago to escort a captured Georgian drug lord back to Russia. When the criminal escapes, he is forced to partner with a loudmouthed American detective to track him down. The two cops from opposite sides of the world must overcome their cultural differences to recapture the fugitive.
