Rules of Engagement (2000)
A respected Marine colonel is put on trial for ordering his troops to fire on a crowd of demonstrators outside a U.S. embassy in Yemen, resulting in numerous casualties. The military prosecution argues he violated the rules of engagement. His only hope for defense lies with a cynical, washed-up lawyer and old comrade-in-arms, who must uncover what truly happened during the chaotic siege to prove his friend's actions were justified.
