Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom (1975)
In the final days of World War II, in the fascist Republic of Salò, four powerful libertines kidnap eighteen teenagers. They take them to a remote villa where they subject them to a horrific 120-day regimen of psychological and physical torture, degradation, and sexual violence. The film is a brutal critique of fascism, abuse of power, and human cruelty.
