Saving Mr. Banks (2013)
The story of Walt Disney's twenty-year pursuit to obtain the film rights to P.L. Travers' "Mary Poppins." The author is deeply protective of her work and resistant to the Hollywood adaptation. During a trip to Los Angeles, her interactions with Disney and his creative team force her to confront the painful childhood memories that inspired the book.
