Saving Silverman (2001)
Two lifelong friends stage an intervention when their best friend, Darren, falls under the spell of a controlling, manipulative psychologist who plans to marry him. Convinced she is ruining his life, they kidnap her and attempt to reunite Darren with his high school sweetheart, a former pop star, leading to a series of disastrous and comedic misadventures.
