Saw (2004)
Two men wake up chained in a dilapidated bathroom with a dead body between them. They are the latest victims of the Jigsaw Killer, who doesn't kill directly but places his subjects in deadly "games" designed to test their will to live. They must follow the instructions on a tape to have any hope of survival.
