Two lifelong friends, now at very different stages in their lives, are on a road trip through the vast Mojave Desert. Their journey takes a dire turn when their truck breaks down in the middle of nowhere. Stranded under the relentless sun, their initial attempts at survival quickly give way to rising tensions. Old resentments, regrets, and fundamental differences in their worldviews surface, leading to heated arguments that escalate into a psychological battle for dominance. Their fight for survival becomes as much about their fractured friendship as it is about the harsh environment.
