Se7en (1995)
A veteran detective on the verge of retirement is partnered with a young, optimistic rookie. They are assigned to hunt a serial killer who is murdering people according to the seven deadly sins. The killer uses his gruesome crimes to preach about the moral decay of the world, drawing the two detectives into a dark and horrifying game.
