Sinister (2012)
A true-crime writer moves his family into a house where a horrific murder once took place, hoping to find inspiration for his next book. In the attic, he discovers a box of home movies that depict a series of gruesome family murders. As he investigates the films, he begins to notice disturbing and supernatural occurrences within his own home.
