Slither (2006)
A small town is invaded by an alien parasite that arrives on a meteor. The entity begins taking over the bodies of townspeople, turning them into grotesque, slimy creatures that share a hive mind. A local sheriff, his wife, and the town mayor must band together to survive the growing horror and stop the spread of the extraterrestrial plague before it consumes everything.
