Spare Parts (2015)
Four undocumented Hispanic high school students form a robotics club under the guidance of a substitute teacher. With no money and using scavenged parts, they decide to build an underwater robot to compete against top university teams, including MIT, in a national robotics competition. Their journey is one of ingenuity and determination against overwhelming odds.
