Spellbound (1945)
The new head of a psychiatric hospital is a man who may not be who he claims to be. He is suffering from amnesia and is potentially a murderer. The young doctor who falls in love with him becomes convinced of his innocence and tries to help him recover his memory. Using psychoanalysis, they work to unlock his past and uncover the truth behind his condition before the police catch up to them.
