Spies Like Us (1985)
Two low-level, incompetent government employees are unexpectedly recruited as spies. Unbeknownst to them, they are actually decoys, sent on a mission to divert attention from the real agents. Armed with minimal training and maximum confidence, they bumble their way across enemy lines, accidentally stumbling into the heart of an international nuclear crisis and somehow managing to save the day.
