Splice (2009)
Two rebellious genetic engineers secretly splice together human and animal DNA to create a new hybrid organism. The experiment yields a rapidly evolving female creature they name Dren. They decide to raise her in secret, but as she matures, she develops unexpected and dangerous abilities, leading to severe ethical and personal consequences for her creators.
