Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986)
To save Earth from a mysterious alien probe that is vaporizing the oceans, Admiral James T. Kirk and his crew must travel back in time to the 20th century. Their mission: to find a pair of humpback whales, which are extinct in the 23rd century, and bring them back to the future to communicate with the probe. Their journey is a fish-out-of-water adventure in 1980s San Francisco.
