Starship Troopers (1997)
In a futuristic society where citizenship is earned through military service, a group of high school friends enlist in the Mobile Infantry after graduation. They are thrust into a brutal interstellar war against a species of giant, intelligent alien insects. They experience the harsh realities of combat, loss, and propaganda as they fight to survive and protect Earth from the existential threat.
