Stay Alive (2006)
A group of friends acquires an ultra-realistic video game based on the legend of a murderous countess. When they play the game, they discover that whoever dies in the game dies in exactly the same way in reality. They must uncover the dark secret behind the game's programming and find a way to break the curse before the game over screen becomes a permanent reality.
