Stir of Echoes (1999)
A blue-collar worker is hypnotized at a party and begins experiencing terrifying visions of a missing neighborhood girl. The hypnosis unlocks a psychic ability, and he becomes obsessed with solving the mystery of her disappearance, which seems to be connected to his own home and family.
