The Crying Game (1992)
A member of the IRA forms an unexpected bond with a captive British soldier. After a tragic event, he seeks out the soldier's lover, a hairdresser in London, to fulfill a promise. He finds himself drawn to her, and they begin a tentative relationship built on a foundation of secrets and deception that will ultimately change his understanding of love and identity.
