The Descent: Part 2 (2009)
The sole survivor of a caving expedition is found, traumatized and with no memory of the horrific events underground. Despite her shock, a rescue team forces her to lead them back into the cave system to locate her missing friends. They soon discover that the labyrinthine tunnels are not empty, and the predatory, subterranean creatures that stalked the first group are still very much alive and hungry.
