The Final Cut (2004)
In a world where people can have memory implants recorded, a "cutter" edits the footage of the deceased into a positive "Rememory" for their loved ones. He is the best in his field, but he is haunted by a dark secret from his own childhood. He is hired to edit the memories of a controversial figure, forcing him to confront his past.
