The Fool (2014)
In a small Russian town rife with systemic corruption, a humble and idealistic municipal plumbing inspector discovers that a large, dilapidated apartment building is on the verge of collapse, threatening the lives of its 800 residents. He embarks on a frantic, all-night quest to alert the town's indifferent and cynical officials. His moral conviction clashes with the entrenched greed and apathy of the local bureaucracy, forcing him to make a stand for basic human decency against overwhelming odds.
