The Guardian (2006)
A legendary rescue swimmer with the Coast Guard, haunted by a past tragedy, is assigned to teach at the training school for new recruits. There, he encounters a proud, young swimming champion with a raw talent that is matched only by his arrogance. The veteran instructor must push the recruit to his limits, teaching him the true meaning of teamwork, sacrifice, and what it takes to become a hero who risks his life to save others.
