The Guest (2014)
A grieving family is visited by a charming and polite young man who claims to be a friend of their son who died in combat. The mother invites him to stay, and he quickly endears himself to the family, helping each member with their problems in increasingly violent ways. Their teenage daughter grows suspicious of their perfect guest and begins to investigate his past, uncovering a dark and dangerous truth about who he really is.
