The Holiday (2006)
Two women, one from London and one from Los Angeles, each suffering from heartbreak and disillusionment with love, agree to swap homes for the Christmas holiday. The Englishwoman finds herself in a sunny L.A. mansion, while the American experiences a snowy English cottage. In their new surroundings, they each meet a local man and find themselves unexpectedly drawn into new romantic possibilities, helping them to gain perspective on their lives and heal from the relationships they left behind.
