The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) (2011)
A mentally unstable and socially isolated man becomes obsessively fixated on a controversial film. Working as a security guard in a multi-story car park, he meticulously plans to recreate the movie's horrific experiment. He kidnaps several victims and holds them captive in the dank concrete basement of the garage, intending to surgically connect them in a sequence of his own design, driven by a disturbing and violent fantasy.
