The Human Centipede (First Sequence) (2009)
Two American tourists traveling in Germany have a car breakdown and seek help at a remote villa. They are taken captive by a deranged retired surgeon who has a horrifying plan for them and a captured Japanese man. His goal is to surgically connect them, mouth to rectum, to create a "human centipede."
