The Immortal (2019)
In a near-future Naples, a man known as the Immortal is a low-level enforcer for the local camorra. He is one of many who have undergone an experimental treatment granting them extremely long life. This "gift" has created a rigid class system where the immortal bosses rule indefinitely. When a personal tragedy shakes his unwavering loyalty, he begins to question the oppressive system he upholds, leading him on a dangerous path that could upset the fragile order of the city.
