The Jewel of the Nile (1985)
The romance novelist and her adventurer lover find their relationship growing stagnant. She accepts an invitation from a mysterious wealthy man to write his biography, traveling to the Middle East. He follows, suspecting foul play, and they are quickly swept up in a rebellion against a dictator who is searching for a fabled spiritual treasure known as the Jewel of the Nile.
