The Men Who Stare at Goats (2009)
A journalist investigating a story about a former Army Special Forces operator stumbles upon a secret U.S. military unit. This unit was established to develop soldiers with psychic powers who could read the enemy's thoughts, pass through walls, and even kill a goat by staring at it. He follows his source into the Iraqi desert to find the truth behind the bizarre program and its potential reactivation.
