The Omega Man (1971)
A military scientist appears to be the last healthy man on Earth after a biological war has wiped out most of humanity, turning the survivors into light-sensitive, psychotic mutants. He spends his days scavenging for supplies and his nights fending off attacks from the mutant family. His solitary existence is disrupted when he discovers a small group of other uninfected survivors.
