The Pact (2012)
A woman returns to her childhood home after her mother's funeral and is immediately plagued by unsettling occurrences, convinced that an unseen presence is in the house. When her sister vanishes during the night, she enlists the help of a local psychic to uncover the secrets hidden within the home's walls. Their investigation reveals a dark history of violence and a mysterious, ghostly figure that seems to be connected to a series of unsolved murders. The search for her sister becomes a terrifying confrontation with a malevolent force.
