The Pink Panther Strikes Again (1976)
The former Chief Inspector Dreyfus, driven completely insane by his obsession with Inspector Clouseau, escapes from a mental institution. He embarks on a plan to hold the world hostage using a powerful laser, with one sole demand: the elimination of Clouseau. World governments send their top assassins after the bumbling French detective, who remains blissfully unaware of the global chaos swirling around him as he stumbles through the investigation.
