The Railway Man (2013)
A former British Army officer, tormented for decades by the trauma of his torture as a prisoner of war during the construction of the Thai-Burma Railway, discovers that the Japanese interpreter responsible is still alive. Encouraged by his wife, he journeys back to the scene of his nightmares to confront his past and find a way to forgive his former captor.
