The Sea Inside (2004)
Based on a true story, a man named Ramón has been a quadriplegic for nearly thirty years following a diving accident. Confined to his bed in a Spanish seaside village, he wishes to end his life with dignity through euthanasia. His fight for the right to die attracts the support of a lawyer and a local woman, both of whom grow close to him as he argues his case in court.
