The Siege (1998)
After a series of devastating terrorist attacks in New York City, the U.S. government declares martial law and sends the Army into Brooklyn to imprison all Arab-American males. An FBI agent must work with a CIA operative to find the real terrorists and prevent more attacks before the military's heavy-handed tactics ignite a larger conflict.
