The Terminal (2004)
A traveler from a fictional Eastern European country arrives at New York's JFK Airport just as a war breaks out, rendering his passport invalid. He is denied entry into the United States but cannot return home. Forced to live indefinitely in the airport's international transit lounge, he must adapt and build a temporary life there.
