The Witches (1990)
A young boy goes to a English seaside hotel with his grandmother. He accidentally stumbles into a convention of witches, who are revealed to be real and have a vile plan to turn all children into mice. The Grand High Witch demonstrates her formula on him, and he must now, as a mouse, work with his grandmother to thwart their scheme.
