Thinner (1996)
An overweight lawyer accidentally kills an old Romani woman with his car. He uses his connections to avoid jail time. The woman's father, a gypsy king, places a curse on him, causing him to lose weight uncontrollably. As he wastes away, he must find the gypsies and convince them to lift the curse before he literally disappears.
