¡Three Amigos! (1986)
Three silent film stars, famous for playing heroic Mexican fighters, are fired from their studio. They receive a plea for help from a remote Mexican village being terrorized by a brutal bandit. Mistaking them for real heroes, the village has asked for their assistance. The vain and clueless actors, thinking it’s a lucrative publicity offer, arrive in Mexico only to discover the danger is terrifyingly real.
