Tootsie (1982)
A talented but difficult actor cannot find work due to his perfectionism. In desperation, he disguises himself as a woman and lands a role on a popular soap opera. He quickly becomes a national sensation, but his new identity leads to increasingly complicated situations, especially when he falls for a female co-star while another male cast member falls for his female persona.
