Tron (1982)
A brilliant computer programmer is digitally broken apart by a malicious Master Control Program and transported into the computer world. There, he is forced to compete in gladiatorial games where programs are pitted against each other. With the help of a heroic security program, he fights for his survival and seeks to escape back to the real world, while also aiming to bring down the oppressive MCP.
