Under Siege 2: Dark Territory (1995)
A former Navy SEAL is traveling on a cross-country train with his niece when it is seized by a high-tech terrorist. The terrorist has equipped the train with a satellite weapon capable of striking anywhere on Earth, and he plans to hold the world hostage. Using his combat skills, the SEAL must fight his way through the train cars to stop the plot.
