Underdog (2007)
A beagle named Shoeshine gains superpowers after a lab accident and escapes from a mad scientist. He is adopted by a young police officer who is unaware of his abilities. The dog becomes the superhero Underdog, speaking in rhyme and protecting the city of Capitol from the scientist's evil plans.
