Upgrade (2018)
In a near-future world, a technophobe is paralyzed during a brutal mugging that kills his wife. A reclusive billionaire offers him an experimental cure: a computer chip implant called STEM that can restore control of his body. The chip gives him enhanced abilities and a voice in his head, and together they seek vengeance.
