Vacancy (2007)
A couple on the verge of separation is stranded at a remote motel after their car breaks down. They discover that the seemingly deserted rooms are the setting for a series of snuff films. Trapped in their room, they realize the motel's managers are the creators who intend to make them the stars of their next horrific production, forcing them to fight for their lives through the night.
