Vertigo (1958)
A retired San Francisco detective suffering from acrophobia and vertigo is hired to follow a friend’s wife, who appears to be possessed by a tragic ancestor. His surveillance turns into a complex obsession with the enigmatic woman, leading him down a twisting path of mistaken identity, manipulation, and haunting memories.
